Latté Coffee with Flavor
Classic drink of international primer. For this drink we need to make stronger coffee than normal.
- 2 ounces of Tilawa Coffee, freshly made. Stronger than normal
- 1 cup of milk of your selection, hot and frothed
- 1 ounce of coffee syrup (flavor as desired)
- You will need a manual milk cream maker
Heat 6 ounces milk and froth them in a manual cremator. Then in a tall glass, add ¾ ounce of coffee syrup. Then fill with frothed milk, almost to the edge of the glass, slowly adding the frothed milk so that it does not mix with the syrup. Wait until the division of the milk and the foam is visible. Then add 2 ounces of Tilawa Coffee in a thin, steady stream to the center of the glass.
