Mull type drink where all the ingredients are heated and foam together.
- 2 ounces of Tilawa Coffee, freshly brewed
- 1 ounce of rum
- 1 ounce orange syrup
- 1 teaspoon of sweet cocoa
- 4 ounces evaporated milk
- You will need a manual milk cream maker
Heat together all the ingredients, without bringing them to a boil. Then place them in a manual cream maker and froth them for 15 seconds. Let stand for 15 seconds. Serve in a tall glass cup (pre-heated). Decorate with whipped cream.
