Irish Coffee with Caramel
Mull type drink where all the ingredients are heated and foam together.
- 2 ounces freshly brewed Tilawa Coffee
- 1 ½ ounces of whiskey
- 2 ounces liquid caramel
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 5 ounces of liquid milk
- You will need a manual milk cream maker
Heat together all the ingredients, without bringing them to a boil. Then place them in a manual cremator and froth them for 15 seconds. Let stand for 15 seconds. Serve in a tall glass cup (pre-heated).
